We are currently seeking a motivated and committed individual to join our CareerSystems team. Reporting to the General manager -CareerSystems, you will be responsible for the coordination of special projects including Indigenous Employment pilots and project support work. You will work with other agencies and partners in the development of new complementary programs and in the maintenance of existing projects and will oversee the successful achievement of targets, budgets and report writing.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Experience in project coordination and strong organisational skills

· Experience in submission and report writing
· The ability to plan, analyse and improve services

To be successful in this role you will have:
· Previous experience in employment services and an understanding of JSA
· Strong case management skills
· The ability to assess & then assist job seekers to increase their competence and capability to secure appropriate and sustainable employment
· Experience providing intense assistance to job seekers with various vocational/non-vocational barriers
· Experience with DEEWR IT systems, with knowledge of ESS advantageous
· Be focused on the achievement of KPI's, targets and positive outcomes for job seekers
· Demonstrate high-level communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
· Strong organisation, time management and relationship building skills
· A current drivers licence

Machinist Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a background in production or manufacturing to join our furniture team. Based in Panorama and reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing production performance, achievement of production schedules, quality management, machine maintenance, OHS compliance, supervising and training people with a disability and various documentation and administration work.
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have experience within the manufacturing industry (furniture or kitchen industry desirable)
· Have experience within a production machinery plant
· Have experience in supervising and training with strong leadership skills
· Have an understanding of OHS & Quality Assurance
· Have excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
· Have strong communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to achieve multiple deadlines
· Have a supportive and positive attitude towards people with disability
