As a Disability Support Worker your role will include development of living
skills including hands on training, skills identification and personal support

To succeed in this role you will have:

You will be part of a supported team dedicated to working with young people who are disengaged, or at risk of disengaging from school. You will provide individualised case management tailored to young people’s needs, while identifying and maximising opportunities such as accredited and non-accredited training opportunities; and other community resources to assist with on-going engagement and empowerment.
