CareerSystems is the employment services division of Bedford. We offer a range of services to job seekers and employers across metropolitan Adelaide and regional SA. We find employment for people through education, training and specific work experience programmes. We help businesses and organisations find and keep the right staff.
Disability Employment Network (DEN) Employment Consultant – Support (1.0 FTE) Park Holme
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, effective and high quality delivery of employment services through intensive work preparation activities in line with contractual obligations, and the provision of onsite support to job seekers and employers. You will assist job seekers with a disability to maintain suitable and sustainable employment, along with career development and progression by seeking new and additional opportunities with your networks. You will require knowledge of the local area and industries, along with a passion to build and maintain strong ongoing employer relationships.
