Career Systems supports more than 800 people across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia to find employment through education, training and specific employment programmes:

  • Disability Employment Network (DEN), which is also known as Open Employment, supports job seekers to obtain and maintain jobs in open employment
  • Personal Support Programme (PSP) supports people who find it difficult to be involved in the workforce or community. PSP provides a range of programmes to:
    • Stabalise circumstances
    • Improve confidence
    • Develop life skills
    • Engage in the community
    • Participate in training to learn new skills
  • Job Placement Employment and Training (JPET) offers support to 15-21 year olds who want to reconnect with education, training and employment.

Career Systems is funded by the Federal Government through the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to deliver Employment Services to people with a disability or disadvantage.
