Interested in working on a farm?

Could you look after hens on our egg farm? Perhaps you would rather grade and pack the eggs ready for delivery to our local customers? If you would like to be involved in our egg farm this is the ideal job for you!

Our Compass Egg Farm in Port Lincoln has 3,200 hens producing close to 2,700 eggs per day. These eggs are distributed to the local market, businesses and individual customers.

As part of the Compass Egg Farm team, you will be hands-on in a variety of jobs, including:

• Chicken farming
• Collecting and washing eggs
• Grading and packing eggs
• Delivering the eggs to local customers

You will receive on-job training including occupational health and safety, plus the opportunity to undertake nationally accredited TAFE training.
