My name is Nick Fuller and I want to tell you how Bedford has helped me to build my life so far.
I’ve been part of the Bedford family for nearly 13 years now. I came here because I have an intellectual disability which means it takes me a bit longer to learn new skills and my mum wanted to make sure I had the best possible future.
Autumn 2009
My name is Jacinta Lindner and I want to tell you a little bit about my life.
I have a disability. I was born with a tumour in my head. I find it difficult to concentrate for long periods of time and I need support to do my work and to live independently.
December 2008 Appeal
Ekayla, like most people, wants to be independent and to make a better future for herself. Ekayla has an intellectual disability, which makes achieving these goals potentially much more difficult.

Kumi is just like any other 20 year old. She has a caring, sweet nature; she’s energetic and enthusiastic and has a real passion for life. Kumi also has an intellectual disability which, until a year ago, stopped her from living her life to the fullest.
