10. All results will be published online at bedfordgroup.com.au or are available upon request
11. All winners will be notified by mail within 4 days of the final draw. The prizes are awarded to the name given for that lottery ticket and are not transferable
12. All photographs are for illustration purposes only. Should the prize offered not be available at the time of the draw, an alternative of the same value will be provided

24. Refunds will be accommodated immediately until the draws begin, as long as payment for that purchase has been verified. Refunds cannot be issued after the draws have begun
