Natalie is Bedford Group General Counsel, and Head of People and Culture and WHS. Natalie is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years practicing in intellectual property and commercial contracting, and is also experienced in employee relations and human resources.

Natalie has a proven track record in legal assistance, compliance and industrial relations, and has broad sector knowledge in large logistics, infrastructure, and education in roles at ASC, UniSA, DMAW Lawyers, and Piper Alderman.

She holds several qualifications, including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Science (Jurisprudence) from the University of Adelaide, and a Masters of Teaching from University of South Australia.
