About the role
We’re seeking a Landscape Estimator - GreenInc to join our growing team in Panorama! Reporting to the Estimating & Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely tender submissions for both public and private projects. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring estimates are precise and proposals reflect our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and lodge detailed public and private tenders
- Complete quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Attend site visits and assess project requirements
- Source and manage supplier/subcontractor quotes
- Develop project timelines and methodologies
- Assist with cost management and variations
- Provide general administrative support
What we’re looking for
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in landscape, construction or maintenance estimating
- Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills
- Ability to interpret plans and tender documentation
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Project
- Able to work under pressure and build strong relationships
- Current Driver’s Licence, National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening check and relevant qualifications/experience in the field
