About the role
This role supports kitchen and storage operations by managing inventory, goods receipt and dispatch, and compliance documentation. Reporting to the Manager – Food Production, Development and Innovation, you'll ensure smooth logistics and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Other key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods, including fresh produce, raw materials, and dry goods
  • Stock rotation and accurate inventory tracking
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety documentation and procedures
  • Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organise stock
  • Supporting a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment

About you
You’re organised, proactive, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Your experience in warehouse or logistics roles equips you to manage inventory, track goods, and maintain compliance records. You thrive in a collaborative, safety-conscious workplace and have a keen eye for detail.
Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

  • Experience in store/warehouse/logistics environments
  • Proficiency in stock tracking and compliance paperwork
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Forklift license and intermediate computer skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in diverse environments


For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Cultivate Food & Beverage.

  • A National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
  • A current driver’s license and forklift license
  • Evidence of the right to work in Australia
  • 100 points of identification
