  • Beef mince (you can substitute beef with other types of mice meat)
  • Red capsicum
  • 4 bean mix (chick peas, baby lima beans, kidney beans, butter beans)
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tomato
  • Spring onions
  • Coriander
  • Nacho corn chips
  • Paprika and Cumin (seasoning of your choice)


  1. Cook beef mince with salt, pepper, cumin and paprika (or any other seasoning you prefer),
  2. Add beans and let simmer,
  3. Whilst the meat is cooking, create the bowl by using aluminium foil forming it into a bowl shape, and fill it with the corn chips,
  4. Cut up the capsicum, tomato and red onion into small pieces,
  5. Placed a few heaped spoonful's of the meat mixture on top of the corn chips,
  6. Garnish with the prepared fresh vegetables and herbs,
  7. Enjoy! (Feel free to add sour cream, cheese, salsa, or even guacamole to your nacho bowls, it's totally up to you!)
