A Whistleblower is an individual who reports illegal or unethical conduct within an organisation to appropriate authorities.

Bedford is committed to the highest standards of conduct and ethical behaviour. It is Bedford policy to encourage people to speak up about information that gives rise to a suspicion of misconduct or an improper state of affairs, and to ensure that they are supported to do so.
